Never has queso tasted so goddamn delicious.

(And for what it's worth, I'm sure my first meal upon coming back to the States after an extended trip would most likely be Taco Bell. So we can indulge in Mexican-ish fastfood if we ever happen to travel together, and it will be great.)

I'm pretty sure the widespread availability of Mexican food is a very American thing. (And it does make sense -- cultural osmosis across the border.) China has Pizza Hut and McDonalds and stuff but no Mexican either.
