Well, I am a shy academic who thinks entirely too much about Ephraim. (Probably too squeamish to do anything with dead bodies though, ew ew ew.)
Yeah, I cranked out about 2000 in a night for a class, but doing a lot of creative writing in a sitting is hard. My max per day is usually around 700-1000 words if I'm really feeling something. Papers are completely different, I guess, because while I wouldn't recommend it, I have been able to do massive papers in single nights if the need arose. I don't think I could write that much creatively, though, even under duress.
