ohh this is so interesting! paris was a crazy all the sexualities hotpot hahahah.

i also find it wild how often non-straight sexualities are obscured from history. going through classic literature this past year has shocked me because i had zero awareness of just how queer literary and arts communities were because they had never been presented or suggested as such (or were simply not talked about at all). it presents me with a lot of frustration for what feels like a rigged and deliberately obfuscated education system (by means of publishers too, i suppose...). maybe an american thing, too?

also, there's a delightful uncited claim on singer's wiki page that she had an affair with virginia woolf. i hope it's true lmao.
