Lost in Lualand

I'm sorry to say that IMO River of Teeth has the same failure mode of a cool concept in theory that was completely ruined for me by the execution. If you're curious, my write-up of River of Teeth is here, and there's a non-spoilery bit at the top before I get into spoilers. (But in fairness, I do also know people who loved this book, so YMMV!)
