Just jumping in to go OH THANK FUCK IT’S NOT JUST ME. Upright Women Wanted was of those concepts that sounds really interesting in theory but just got whiffed on the execution. (I still kind of want to try River of Teeth but that'll definitely be a library borrow rather than purchase.)
