I have the same habanero sauce in my fridge (and two other Yellowbird sauces, it just happened)! The habanero is really nice and the color is fun too. I like to use it to make a spicy salad dressing. :D
I think in general habaneros tend to have more fruit notes, though I definitely have one smoky habanero hot sauce.
