Played it when it first came out with a friend and man I had a wild time binging it as well, agree with most everything you've said here (Hijiyama having the best route, Okino, Shu, and the Juro twist being fantastic) like it wouldn't go on a fave games list for me, but there's so much stuffed in, that even if you dislike some elements I can't imagine someone not finding something to enjoy
