Lost in Lualand

I had never heard of French til now and I'm so delighted to have discovered her; I definitely plan to check out her other work! The whole "bit character in previous novel becomes main character in subsequent novel" thing seems like such a cool way to loosely "tie" together a series like this—I think I'll probably pick up Broken Harbor next, since I'm curious to see if Scorcher comes across differently when it's through his eyes and not, y'know, Frank's :P
