God I’ve been on the fence about NEO for a long time, I loved the first TWEWY, it was a genuinely fun and quirky game with some great dialogue and style, and it sounds like NEO will be worth checking out! I never really came to this silly RPG for solid plot but it had a way of sticking to your ribs in little ways like a good meal, I think you hit the nail on the head in regards to one of those ways with the Shibuya River scene.
Was the music in NEO just as eclectic and fun? The music in TWEWY was huge for me.
