i really should give Persona 3 another shot. i tried it out on PSP, and actually was having a fun enough time with it, but some Heavy Shit going on irl made it too depressing to try and unwind with a game that's got such a heavy/moody/dark aesthetic, lol. hearing that the dialogue/storytelling is more streamlined is super compelling.
