Oh man I really resonated with your character section. The character relationships between the individual Phantom Thieves felt really empty. This was my first experience with the Persona series so idk if this is a consistent problem, but considering how long each section was and the bloatedness you mentioned, I feel there was more one on one dynamics we could have gotten.
Unrelated but your Inception OCs sound so interesting. While I agree Persona isn't going for that at all, I do feel like that high-school flavored self-destruction would be fascinating to see within the mechanics of its universe.
