It largely depends on the company, though maybe that's obvious. I feel like Workman is maybe half and half, between religious and non-religious folk? But for the most part everyone is a heathen hahaha
Apathetic is a good general term for it. I don't think I know many straight-out atheists. Most people I've spoken to about it are of the "oh, sure, I believe in God" sort without being particularly "religious." (Which is a good start, I guess?)
