update: boston

queenluai hereby disavow my previous bitching about returning to boston this weekend
because it was totally worth it
i feel so much more human here. i can see the stars. just a little, not like i could in kentucky, but enough
i got on a subway on a friday night and it wasn't insanely crowded, there was room to breathe, it was lovely
and it's quiet here. the friend whose place i'm staying at, there's a backyard. i can hear crickets.
i feel a little lame, because there are so many people i know who live and/or work in southern manhattan and seem to love it, and most likely i just haven't figured out the right places to live & hang out at there, but...
...there's very few places in boston i can imagine being unhappy in, honestly.
