I wrote a little explainer on Tumblr for those who have no idea what any of this is, but, tl;dr: it's March; fill out a bracket to guess the winners in the men's college basketball tournament; potentially achieve ETERNAL GLORY if your guesses are better than everyone else's.

Also: "I don't know anything about basketball" is not an excuse! You can just hit the "generate my bracket" button if you really want to phone it in :P

(I have not won a bracket pool since 2009 lmao but hey MAYBE THIS IS MY YEAR)

LOL, sure, why not! I tried selecting based on Careful Analysis but got a bit stuck on if the cats team or the bird team should win, and then saw that there were too many buttons, so I ended up very scientifically quick selecting.

aw man, shame I was In The Cave following a catastrophic steam sale and didn't see this until today. I do know 0 things about basketball but I'm willing to, if you will, bet, that this is roughly the same kind of fun as soccer fantasy leagues

(and yeah it's a very similar vibe i'd bet lol. i made a Catastrophically Poor Choice Of Winner in one of the first games in my bracket, so i am presently getting absolutely roasted by my entire extended family, as god intended)

nothing at all! and whatever this Stellaris thing is, it racked up 100 hours of play since last saturday all by itself. while I was asleep. since I've definitely been sleeping regularly lately

and yep sounds familiar, to this day my brother is cooking me about a defender who managed to get me negative points for three games straight, crowned by a red card. also about the time germany trolled me with goalkeepers for an entire cup. unfortunately my brother doesn't make grotesque mistakes like I do since he's a huge soccer nerd, but I think that makes it all the funnier that I beat him every year anyway just by being better at exploiting the way the fantasy league assigns scores
