So after coming up with the minor arcana rules, did you pick out the cards specifically to compose the tarot deck? Because I was gonna say, cards with a CMC of over 8 are pretty rare anyhow and there are cards with ambiguous CMC. (X's and stuff. Bloodhusk Ritualist, off the top of my head.) And blah blah blah distribution probability. But this way makes more sense, even if it's harder to make a general deck with a small collection.
